I give me beasts some steamed sweet potatoes every other week, or whenever they show signs of tummy upset. It is good for them in small amounts - not too much because constipation can happen.

Taps, we are going to my son's but I still want to make a turkey for home. The kids like to snack and turkey is a favorite for us.

Pat, I volunteered for 10 years for our Citizens Emergency Response Team and after that, I thought I'd just stay home and do things around the house.

It's definitely been a warm later fall. I imagine at some point the temperatures will break down.

I'm afraid that I no longer keep a to-do list. But, I don't "do" like I used to. The years I had Thanksgiving at my house and lots of relatives coming, I had the biggest, longest to-do list ever.

Have you ever thought of volunteering at your
local library, or the senior center - maybe the food pantry? They could always use someone with your energy and creativity.
