My mom once made fondant, a candy base that she then flavored with extracts and colored with food coloring. I don't know the recipe, but you're right that it's probably available online.

Your Posts are never too long for me. I so enjoy reading about your days, and what Sadie and the family are doing.having no family around me, you help me to feel the busy time family coming and going is like and to remember back.

FSI, I think when you try Panda Express you will really like it. My grandson loves the orange chicken. My all-time favorite is their egg rolls.

Pat, I've never watched videos on YouTube but I figure there's always a first time. When my grandson mentioned it I thought if I could learn some tips on making candy I would try it. I love the home rehab shows. I hope you have a good day too.

I'm trying to avoid the news programs. Learning to appreciate the old
saying "no news is good news." Your egg rolls sound good on a gloomy cold day like today, and what a day to make a batch of fudge. I don't watch You Tube. Not a fan of videos on my computer, which is weird in a way, because I enjoy those home rehab shows and old sitcoms on TV. I hope you have a great day.
