Some departments do have secretaries that type up dictation
Mine is not one of them.

Ya know what I've always wondered is why they don't have a couple of secretaries typing up diction you guys give. Or better yet are they experimenting with the new voice to type programs? You probably have all kinds of forms but if they're programmed in the computer a good typest could get it done right. Then all you tough guys would have to do after dictating the report would be to approve it.
