Sherri, I'm so sorry you lost your grandparents to a house fire. I'm so glad you have a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector.

Good afternoon
House fire is one of my biggest fears. I lost both of my paternal grandparents to a house fire back in 1968 due to a faulty gas line. Preventive maintenance is smart. We have one carbon monoxide detector that we watch carefully. It is a silent killer that scares the crap out of me. We have one fire extinguisher that we keep under the sink in the kitchen, but having a second one is a good idea as are the fireproof blankets. You are way ahead of the game. Good for you.
