With those facts, I can see why it has become a place people like to move to. As for me, if I was to move from Maryland, it would be to a sunbelt state.

Sherri, I think you live in a beautiful area. The train tracks behind your house are so cool and your house and yard are perfect. I really enjoy it when you share pictures of all the animals that stop by for a treat.

I'm so old that when I married we bought our home for $10,000: living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room, three bedrooms, bathroom, walk up attic and basement....lived there for years and years.
