Comments on Poetry is admittedly to Act upon the Emotions

A most beautiful post, dear brother Aba. It is a philosophical dilemma. Eloquent poetry would be something sublime to read. It is ultimately the reader’s thoughts or feelings that determine if a poem is worth “liking” or not. Subjectivity reigns. But it is the honesty of the poet that turns words to poetry, I think.  There are poets who do not faze me and others who do. The why of it is esoteric! The “je ne sais quoi.” Theyreach my soul. That is the secret. 😃🌹🥂🤷‍♂️

If one connects to the feelings of the poet, it all makes sense.

Those who were devoted to the mystic feeling of their work

probably inspired a kind of dream thought.

I don't know how it fits into the present turmoil.
