Leaves have begun to drift down from the limbs here. Some
still seem green. Reminds me I'll soon be raking tons of them, and resenting the breeze that brings the neighbor's entire supply of oak leaves right over their roof and piled up along my foundation. Maybe I'll look for some ambitious teenager to take on the job this year.
