We have replaced both the heating and A/C here in the last year as well. Nothing is cheap but i feel a lot more comfortable and much safer like you.

It would appear that everything is falling into place for you. Our temperatures are just about the same as yours are, and I am enjoying it. The 70s are perfect for me. Enjoy.

So comforting to have a new, working heating/cooling system - we
just never know what the weather's going to do, especially with all the extremes we have these days.
