My mother uses a magnetic marker board for her reminders. Works like a charm.

Pat, I know winter is coming and I was worried about the maintenance on the boiler so thank goodness I had enough sense to have it checked out. I knew if I waited till winter and something was wrong it would be a problem. Thankfully the problem will be taken care of. I think the magnetic board will be very helpful.

When you have family around you I think the Fridge magnet is the best idea, Wveryone can see it and if someone wants something special from groceries they can add it. I always had one when I had family around.

Looks like your new TV is very useful to you. I love the idea of the
magnetic board for posting reminders - the fridge is a perfect location because everybody goes there. I keep my little shopping notepad on the counter next to the kitchen stove. Smart to get the heating system in now while it's not an emergency situation.
