Good morning
Cute story. She will have to stop her daydreaming and pay better attention to the family gossip if she wants to solve that mystery. We used to make fun of the girls who had too much swing in their step by asking them if they would like a side of fries to go with that shake.

I also loved this. I grew up and lived most of my life in Australia but towns and suburbs were very similiar to here.Thank you for the memories.loveing the reference to the cats as well. You painted great pictures for my mind.

I loved this. When we were family (most of the time alone now), we had a porch swing on the front porch of our home, behind a large pink rose trellis. We could swing in the cool evening breeze and see most everything going on in the neighborhood without most of them not notice us. The grandbabies loved it.
