Good Afternoon
Pat, I watched the debate and I can only say that it's going to be a long time between now and the election with what we are going to have to listen to.

Re: Re: Good afternoon
Trouble is dear Sherri with such a large population as the USA has how can everyone vote over just one days. my Jim, our dear Taps and Pat B couldn't stand for hours in a line up to vote. What about people in hospice care who want one last chance to vote? There are many reasons for early voting. I believe the voting machines are very reliable and actually the few votes from dead people that I read about were all Republicans and found out.

Re: Good afternoon
This is just my opinion, but I have always believed that the election should be settled at the polls, not the post office, and we should know who our new president is by the next morning, not several weeks down the road, which is why they implemented a deadline years ago. This last election was just too far out in left field for me, and this next one is going to travel even further than the left field.

Good afternoon
The 2024 campaign is going to prove to be a real nail-biter. I am literally stymied by how toxic politics and the dangers of voting have become. Having an opinion these days can get one killed if they dare to speak about it out loud. I am in no way a fan of voting by mail. There are just too many chances of dead people and children voting through deception. Going to the polls in person is the way it should be. Of course, COVID is what turned people to want to vote safely from their homes, and now we are headed right back to that again this year due to a new variant.
