Sherri, good luck with all your projects. I'm excited to see pictures. I always have projects going and the list seems to be getting longer. I've decided the bathroom floor is my next project. It's so nice when you can put a checkmark next to the project you've just completed.

Wow, so many of us renovating. We sadly have to wait for someone to do it for us. Evidently Jim did wonderful renovations throughout his life but we goet old and unsteady I am afraid.
