Good Evening
I'm always amazed at people who look down on others. I believe everyone's job is important and union workers earn their pay.

No matter where one works, there are a lot of people that talk about a lot of people. There are few people that keep a watch on their mouths.

I roll my eyes at those who think they can converse in public and not be overheard.

Sadly those jumped up into positions are very often a bit on the mental side.

Good morning
If anything, that place is a gossip mill with a few disgruntled workers. As for union pay versus careers that have been obtained after receiving a college degree, I have seen for myself that union workers make a much higher wage than their salaried white hat co-workers who have 2 and 4-year degrees. On-the-job experience can be more beneficial than a newbie who still has to learn how to run the equipment safely.
