It is strange here our hottest month usually and it was 44f this morning. My brother
feels the cold. I said to him 'Have you got the heating on.' He said I have just turned
it off.' I have kept the greenhouses shut as it is raining and really chilly. I do prefer it
really for work but it seems strange.

I love fish frys (as long as I'm not the one doing the frying). My Dad used to do big oyster frys and he was so good at it. There are men who love to fish in my extended family and they also do the frying of the fish and the women make the other food to go with the fish.

We went to a bbq last weekend that served a vinegar based slaw that was delicious!
Keep cool!

Vitamins, especially D3, the sunshine vitamin, is often insufficient
especially among those who don't spend lots of time outside. My Dr. prescribed calcium tabs w/D3, and taking double the usual daily dose. It has made a big difference - less achy joints, steadier on my feet. I hope you're having a great day.

Good morning
Thanks for the idea. I love fish and coleslaw, and there are fish fries at every corner here in my neck of the woods today.

Re:
FSI, I have always loved coleslaw. The homemade version is really the best. I wish I could have tasted your grandma's coleslaw.

My maternal grandmother back in the day used to make great coleslaw. My mother always looked forward to it.
