Mr. Cook ended up being a great guardian angel. I'm glad he was able to get Mark out of the carpet and stopped the situation.

Usually I think of bullies as "boys being bad", but sad to say bullying is not just for boys. There are also many female bullies in schools around the world and always have been.

Sadly cruelty seems to be built into some kids. There have always been bullies and they usually move with a gang of their cronies. Also, they usually pick on the weaker kids. I still have a mark on my wrist where a vicious boy stabbed me with an old type of pen. He had to enlist two cronies to try to harm me after school.

Thank goodness in those days schools took a parent seriously. They did as well when my son's were in school. if they saw me coming into the school from the headmaster down they would begin to shake.

Good afternoon
Thank goodness there was an end to that. Mark could have suffocated in that rug and they all would have had a different outcome. Just thinking about what he went through is just awful and a stretch of anyone's imagination.
