I did/do know the word "Nyet" but that is the extent of my Russian.

I am sure he settled in to the way of life here and has been a big asset to the country. maths...a subject I hated. When I took an IQ test before going nursing I got 100% for Maths. The examiner said I can do it, I just am not interested in it!

It does seem that we are being blessed with foreign personnel. It is O.K on the tele.
but a bit of bogey on the phone. I think a lot of our students just go in for a good
time.
