I found something interesting on DVD recently and bought it. Jim was horrified at the price but it is a long series and worth the money. We will certainly watch more than once. An old Cornish Story by Winston Graham and adapted to a series. I read the books years ago. just had to buy this; called Poldark!! many miners from Cornwall came to work mines in South Australia, near where I lived.

I do like old movies, but my brother does not so I usually read, it does sound a good old rough house one,

Thanks for the review. I've always liked Sam Elliot in movies, and have always loved reading Louis L'Amour books. Just might check that out.

Good morning
John and I are caught up in both 1883 and Yellowstone. I was watching 1883 last night. I love these types of series. Hell On Wheels was also an awesome Western series that involved the building of the railroad system while focusing on relationships and life in the old west.
