I imagine it was a lonely occupation and rather nerve-racking at times to be out there as storms surged. Built to last I expect they will stand for many years. A good write.

I really love Lighthouses and visited several on the Canadian East Coast a few years back. Your poetry really speaks to me. Thank you.
