Good Afternoon
Pat, this sounds like an awesome show. I'm going to check it out. Thanks for sharing the information because I've never come across it before.

It is probably hard work, but the finish is a just reward. We do have a show here at times. Of course always best to suss out the neighbours.

I love these renovation shows. no they don't inspire me to renovate but aaaI love to see the before the work and the after effect. Which reminds me we are having big trouble trying to get someone to do the bedroom reno. here for us.

Good morning
Thanks for the recommendation. This is my kind of show and it's exactly what we have been doing to our home over the past few years even though we were only tenants. Now that we are buying the place, I am happy that we have done upgrades with minimal money. Construction Junction is a really cool store in Pittsburgh that sells old items cheaply, and we are always on the hunt for objects that we can repurpose.

Oh, by the way, this program you are recommending has all episodes on You Tube if one can't find them on tv.

This is what Son PD does, though he does it alone and it takes him longer because of Phil and his needs. Phil is in his adult daycare from 9-3 five days a week and with everything else he has to do his real worktime is limited. But it works for him and he loves doing it. They live in the first one he renovated here in KC when they moved from Oregon twenty years ago. In Oregon they lived in one while he worked on parts of it. The one he is working on now he paid only $20,000 for as it was in very bad condition and had even had an electrical fire inside.
