C_C_T, I wasn't sure what a lardy cake was so I looked it up and I have to say they look delicious. I would love to try one.

Price increases seem to be all over. I work things out. Once one could get a penny lardy cake. Now it cost 240 times more, I suppose we just get used to inflation.

Good afternoon
I have heard that electric rates are going up, so we will probably get hit with a higher bill as well. Have an enjoyable evening at the graduation ceremony, and take plenty of tissues. My oldest daughter and my brother graduated together from the same school. I was overwhelmed with joy and couldn't stop crying.

is going to make temps more extreme and make it necessary to run the air conditioning more, they up the price. Sometimes I can't help it. I think the words "heartless bastards" about price gougers.

This is all because a few people on the bottom rung of the ladder were given a bit more money to spend...then every retailer puts up their prices. it happens in every country i have lived in. Australia, the UK, Greece, Canada and now here.
