There is so much cleaner here ; someone must have bought something new to try almost every week for some years. Anyway when it is used I intend to go back to vinegar and Lemon

In the early days of my parents' marriage, my mother decided to clean the coffee pot, thoroughly washing and scouring it and rinsing it in the normal way. Over the next week, the coffee was not quite right, so she tried a new brand of coffee, tried purer water, tried everything she could imagine might make it better, but it got worse and worse. She finally decided to give it another good cleaning. That was when she found the remains of the steel wool she'd inadvertantly left in the spout the week before!

We saw a comment that said lemon juice was good for several reasons. It is a bit fiddly to extract the juice. The only thing that concerns we wondered if it might be harsh for the enamel on one's teeth. The grass has grown here rapidly these last couple of weeks as you say it is a job to cut when wet. Although we shall probably be glad of rain to carry us through the Summer.

Pat, my fairies have been busy getting ready for a Spring tea party. I think they are inviting everyone they know because the list keeps getting longer and longer.

washer. It's a chore to keep those gossamer wings free of airborne grime when the washing machine is out of commission. Perhaps they can get outdoors and take advantage of a spring shower if it's not so windy they'll be blown into the next county...
