You've reminded me of a film by a French comic, Jacques Tati, who made several movies in the 50s and 60s about a Frenchman, M. Hulot, who lives in a neighborhood which has a street sweeper. You see this sweeper always carrying his big broom, but never actually sweeping! He makes a start but interrupts himself every time to go talk to someone or have a snack or be distracted by any little thing. It's a quiet little joke, very much Tati's style.

Well it is a new interest for you, I think we need to find these little, well large in your case adventures. I do hope it all goes as planned, better than being a road sweeper.

We have tickets to "little Shop of Horrors' here in Omaha soon. I am excited, haven't seen the show for years and Jim Never. He could never get anyone interested in theater; his children are amazed we go so often.

He will be providing a lot of flowers and flower-shop stuff, but not the big plant-puppet. The kids are making that, and we should go to the opening show, he said after seeing it yesterday, as it looks a bit dubious for lasting very long! But creating it is great experience for them. It's an arts-oriented high school.

I hope you're able to get pics from the production "Little Shop of
Horrors" to use in your adverts. And I hope the school puts Charlie's contribution in the printed programs at the production. So much progress, in spite of snowbits and swinging temps.
