I hope you wore your green so you didn't get pinched!

I bought a small corned beef brisket today and a small cabbage and a couple of potatoes for colcannon. But I skipped the Irish soda bread because it was half green.

Good afternoon
That is one happy puppy. She is beautiful, and probably spoiled by now. That will be a fun way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. 41 years ago, I spent it in labor and giving birth to my oldest. It's 58 degrees here today. We are also expecting rain tomorrow, but it will be in the upper 50s, so at least we have that. March 25th is showing a high temp of 72. I am so happy that spring is right around the corner. Enjoy your beer, and have fun!

One of the best parts of having a puppy is watching the puppy bond with different people.

Re: At your St. Patrick's day meal with the family, where you say you're
Pat, maybe we should order a pint of Guinness. I've never had it.

At your St. Patrick's day meal with the family, where you say you're
not going for the green beer -- the Irish folk I have met over time preferred a nice pint of Guinness. It's darker than the lager we usually see in corner taverns here, and might leave a foam mustache on the upper lip... Tastes good with fries.
