Yes quite nasty especially on the face. I suppose 60 is the new 30. So I guess I rate you as well give and take a a year or two as 48.

Oh oh how aweful. yes, pressure from too much to get done can bring on Shingles. oh dear sending prayers and he takes this warning for what it is.

Good morning
Oh, no! I am so sorry to hear this. My stepdad and my mommom both had Shingles. Stress, allergies, childhood chickenpox, autoimmune diseases, and a multitude of other things can suddenly bring them on. They hurt like hell and they are itchy. I got my Shingrix shot last year because I am a prime candidate for getting them. I really hope that your son get's through them quickly. Sending prayers.
