Wouldn't you know, when we stopped by the Goodwill today--Charlie still needs materials for his projects--I found a tagine! Not as pretty as yours, but there it was and now, here it is! I will look up some ideas online and cook in it soon!

Mediterranian on the African side. Remember Ariala. She was born in Casa Blanca and she always said that her mother cooked in tajines, even after they immigrated to America.
