When Grandson Peter was a young fellow, he just loved shooting fire works from the beach there out into the ocean.  That was a good 25 years ago and no one complained about it.  He also loved all of the miniature golf places there.

I hope they become too expensive to toss around anywhere. Not so bad if it is an

organized affair.

Dear FS,

People once shot Japanese lanterns at the house across from the house we were renting.   The wind blew the lantern the wrong way.  The lantern caught the roof of the house on fire!  YIKES.

Thank you for your condolences about Jimmy.

Good Afternoon

FSI, I cannot imagine what people are thinking when they set off fireworks.  I'm not a fan of fireworks because too many people get hurt and animals get scared.

Good afternoon

For whatever reason fireworks at the beach are a thing. I have never been to Myrtle Beach, but I lived in Virginia Beach where the summer brought out every fireworks known to man. I now live on the river where the whole month of July is spent lighting fireworks at all hours of the night. As you said, not hillbillies, just really ignorant people who have nothing better to do than ruin everyone else's time.
