I am eating a lot of vegetables and chicken. My last blood tests show my iron is back in the good numbers but my bad cholesterol is high enough to have a massive stroke. yes I am reluctantly taking my pills.

One of my favorite games for a group of people has always been "Catagories". It's a blast for a group of people. My Dad taught it to us when we were young.

I think Cleveland's weather patterns are similar to those of the St. Louis
area, with maybe a bit more chill in the winter and less heat & humidity in the summer. I hope your day brings you something to laugh about.

It is 8 F here this morning - the sun is warming the day from the low temperatures during the night. Beautiful out there shining on all our snow. This family likes veggies and hot chocolate too, and I put onions into nearly every dish I cook. Sounds like a warm, quiet day for you. Enjoy!!
