Happy Birthday, Michelle!It is the same day at that of my brother, Bird. The meal you have planned sounds delicious. I received an Instapot for Christmas - it`s still in its box, but I am looking forward to trying it. I took a break from cooking, maybe because I did so much of it for the holidays. The birds here will be happy when Karen gets back, she is the bird-feeder caretaker.

Your daughter's birthday dinner sounds wonderful. I haven't cooked Chinese for a long time but about a week ago my Sis brought Chinese take out here and we ate together.
