I'm so glad that everything you got fit whom it was they were supposed to fit. I've still waiting for one present from Florida that did not come yet and my Florida family is concerned about. I just hope it is not something to wear that has to be concerned with what to do about it.

My mother and my mother-in-law made the best mince pies and mince cookies, but I never have. It's been a long time since I've had one of those.

I've never returned a gift. Have I used every gift? No but returned. Never.
Now I have returned some items to stores but never for myself that I can recall. At times, I've bought the wrong car wash part and had to do that.

And this is precisely why I send and give gift cards or cash for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays. I have never had anyone so far try to return these or complain.

Good Morning
Taps, returning gifts is very stressful. I ordered Roy two pairs of jeans for Christmas and I was so worried they wouldn't fit right. I was so thankful when he tried them on and they fit perfectly. My granddaughter received a pair of shoes that she wanted and I was worried about them fitting too but thankfully they fit and I was so glad. My daughter got some clothes and I was sure I would have to take them back and they fit. It's just too much stress to return gifts.

I don't recall ever returning a gift, either. Just didn't seem right.
I have donated some to thrift shops, etc. and in the case of some costume jewelry, have passed it on after some time.
