Good Morning

Pat, I loved this post.  I'm not sure when I first learned to say No but whenever it was I know each time became easier and I always stood my ground.

I loved this post.  So many things in it reminded me of my own life both before and after marriage.

I was a howler when I was little; I hated breakfast , lunch and dinner. I can't hardly remember enjoying a meal when I was little. I didn't like milk, lemonade or juice and I hated most sweets. I must have been good fun to bring up!

Good afternoon

This was such an enjoyable read about your life as a youngster. I learned quite a bit from my home economics class as well, but nothing that covered artichokes which I dearly love. As for saying no, I was a slow learner, but I said no when it really counted.
