Food Network has been my culinary class for the past fifteen years. I am much better at making Mexican and Italian food.

Before Covid came along, we used to go to a Chinese Restaurant that was serve yourself and they had really good food. We've not been back since masks began to be the thing and I think it might have closed down. BUT...they had the best stuff and I just loved that chicken. I've never tried cooking Chinese myself.

It's great you are talented with recipes and can make such a variety of foods. I never mastered certain ethniciy's recipes.
