My kids enjoy meat, but Karen and I are more into fish and seafood. Annd cheese, of course. Lots of cheese!

Yep, I'd go for that, too... but the price of the big crab legs is astronomical, so I rarely get that gastronomnomnomical!

oh, that does sound tasty! In fact, we make tuna salad on Ritz and put them under the broiler--maybe with cheese, too, and call them Tuna Tasties. Or on half an english muffing, for Tuna Toasties!

1 egg, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise,1 tablespoon minced green onions,,4 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried tarragon,⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes,8 ounces crabmeat, ½ cup crushed buttery round crackers,1 tablespoon butter

Fry each side in butter until brown, (5 minute)

I really like a big pot of crab legs. I have never done them myself, but now and then son Stephen does that for us....so good.
