I guess I am old for the humor from the past seems much funnier to me than what we get today. In Australia, we used to get much British humor and I loved it all.

I remember The Thin Man and The Shadow from radio back in those days.
I also liked the ironic humor - you're right, it's still funny.

Good Morning
I know the snow is beautiful this time of year. I love freshly fallen snow. Enjoy your shows and stay warm on such cold days. It's nice to have snow just before Christmas. We have cold temperatures but there's no sign of snow yet. I hope you have a good day. I'm thinking a nice cup of hot chocolate would be good on a day like this.

Have fun, I can hardly bear to watch the television because I have to read only as
my brother won't get hearing aids and listens through headphones. It cuts the sound
out. It is a little annoying but its life.
