I am not really doing Christmas gifts this year for my family. I gave my two Sons their inheritance this year, I think that is enough.

I remember when my mother would put the Christmas cards we received on the mantle. It was quite a collection. Things slowed down a lot on that front.

Good morning
I do not like wearing socks except during the winter. I am usually barefoot or in flip-flops. It is dark, dreary, and wet here today too. It's the perfect day for some Christmas movies and a hot meal enjoyed while watching them. Stay warm!

This time of year I love wool socks. I have some that were GI issue
when my son was in the army -- holy crow, that's been 40 years ago now. But the army green wool socks are still just as warm as ever. Also have some I've purchased at the store, so I can change them out from time to time. Your grandson may have those Nike socks for a long, long time.
