Sadly once it was almost the norm to smoke. I don't know if these vapor gadgets are
safe, but it is sad to see youngsters using them. I did smoke but gave up fifty years
ago, my Dad was not so lucky.Of course we did chew pitch for a while when there were no sweets. Sounds horrible now.

Good morning
Excellent advice. I only wish that I would have read this back in the 80s. I quit smoking in 2007 after 26 years of stupidity. It took a life changing experience to open my eyes, but I quit cold turkey. After a few years of health issues I am happy to say that all of the remnants of the abuse to my lungs are gone and today I am the better for it.
