I did demos once - was offering pizza bites that had to be heated at the
demo table. That was the season when many farm workers from Mexico were on the job in the Salem area, and I learned the word "caliente" from one young mother, so I could warn their little ones that the pizza oven was hot. Your post shows you are learning a lot about marketing these days. Way to go!
