My daughters are happy with the dinner menu. Being married to an Italian, I have that type of cuisine on the brain. I plan to make it with ground beef, Italian sausage, and the three cheeses. Ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan.

I had many years of making lasagna like that when my four boys were growing up when we were always having company and entertaining a lot. You can't miss on that, everyone likes it. I have not made lasagna since I have lived by myself. I should make some for Grandson Phil. He would love it.

Sherri, I love this idea! My daughter-in-law makes lasagna for every holiday. She comes from a big Italian family. My son Mike loves it and on Thanksgiving, he took a big plate home when he left.
