Jade plants are so easy to maintain. I had one in college. I left them to a friend to care for over the summer and he never gave me my plants back!

I still have mine from last Christmas, but they are only green. I don't get enough sun here to do the trick to turn them red again. Hopefully I'll get a new one to go with the old one.

Taps, we don't get much light in the winter. We put some plants on the kitchen table and turn the light on for them. Roy bought me two poinsettia plants this year. They are in the living room. I love them.

Years and years ago I had a great Jade plant. I loved it. It did so good there. I don't do much in the way of plants here as my apartment is on the north side which does not help plants at all in the winter. I usually get a new poinsettia plant every Christmas and I enjoy that.

Ciel, we do have a garden center close by and I may check with them. I really liked the way the jade plant looked and I would like to have one.

Sherri, it really seems like we are going to have mild temperatures this winter. It would be a blessing if we do. I hope we can find just the right dishwasher.

You might visit a spacialty garden/plant store specifically for a jade plant. They can give you expert tips on how to keep it. I knew someone once who was the 3rd generation to keep this particular one--It was huge!

Good morning
Dishwashers are such a blessing when you are serving a large group, although I do not put my pots and pans, or wine glasses in my dishwasher. The only problem is that there are so many awesome models to choose from. KitchenAid is one of my favorite brands, and the third rack that they offer is amazing. I have a stainless steel energy efficient model. We are at 61 degrees today, but we are dropping down to the 40s for the rest of the week. I am hoping that our weather remains mild for the rest of this year. Have a great day and enjoy your dishwasher shopping.

Prepare yourself for a wait on the new dishwasher - appliances and
electronics are stuck in supply chain issues from the factory. It has something to do with computer chips and shortages. Or you may be lucky. My son had to wait almost a year for his dishwasher.
