Good morning
You should pack up some cat litter in one of those boxes and leave that out for the thief. Maybe they will think twice the next time that they want to shop on your porch. As for the high miles, we travel quite a bit, and since that can be the death of a car, we get rentals. High mileage can be a real deal breaker when it comes time to trade them in.

It will be good to have a working-as-it-should computer in hand (phone).
I hope as you drive your routes you are able to get a view of nature and it's not all just clogs of traffic.
