I was stunned when I realized not everyone on a payroll gets sick leave days. it has been so in Australia since forever or so it seems.

Pat, I totally agree with you. All of these things are very good. I was so thankful that the railroad strike has been taken care of before many people lost their jobs. I know the workers are still unhappy about 1 day of sick leave but they did get most of what they wanted. Roy brought home a box of Christmas cards so hopefully, I get them filled out soon. The BitCoin Bubble, they'll be calling it someday... tomorrow, maybe. I have no truck with such stuff, either.
And I totally agree with you, that some good legislation has happened worth celebrating.

Good morning
Crypto currency aka Bitcoin scares me. I am completely on board with your thinking, so I avoid that type of investment. As for Christmas cards, I am sending mine out this week. Not too many people do this anymore, but I grew up with this tradition. I only have to wrap a few gifts this year since we give our kids and grandkids money along with a few small gifts. Ordering online for out of state relatives is the hardest part. I always worry that the gifts will not make it on time for Christmas.
