That is the bane of trash and what to do with it. The trash bins are never big enough for all the trash.

They keep ours surrounded by a wood fence so only the entrance can be seen. But because there is only one for the whole complex, there is trash bags piling up all around it on the ground.

The trash bin areas of apartment complexes are always an ugly sore spot of an otherwise beautiful grounds, including here. I guess that is a part of life and living.
