Sea Gypsy, I don't like the time change and I have a hard time getting used to it. I don't like how early it gets dark. My sleep pattern gets all messed up. I'm not sure what a Yeti is?

This time change wreaks havic with me! I wish they would leave it! One is up early but not in bed any earlier at night. Water is important, that's for sure. We keep it on hand also. My kids think we should use a Yeti. Have a good day.

That's one thing that can happen with setting the clocks back, thus getting up early. That happened to me. I did enjoy time in bed, though.
