I love chicken pot pie. I used to love the ones at Marie Callendars. We don't have them around here now. Probably they aren't as good now but I liked their crust. November is fun for getting our good recipes.

I remember how I used to enjoy a big cooking day and then a couple of much lighter days eating left overs. Long time ago but the memories linger.

Bird flue has struck here again I thought the usual birds seemed absent.
Poultry farmers are being told to keep all flocks inside. I don't know how it will
effect Turkeys probably make them quite expensive. Probably be an idea to get a
frozen one. Can't help feeling sorry for turkeys they remind me of an old lady I knew
once she asked me to kiss her, but I was only sixteen.
