Good Morning
It sounds like your kitty loves being inside close to you. I love the snow but I also like being warm. I think I might bake chicken in the oven today. It's very chilly outside. Roys says it feels like a December day.

As I expected although Mr Graysome is always near me, it is Jim he comes up to in his bed and demands cuddles!!!

If I weren't so paranoid about tripping over them, I might adopt a
cat, or a mid-sized dog, if only to make myself necessary...

She has been rendered unequipped to make kittens. And yes, I also warm the food before offering it. A friend once had one of those community cats who adopted her, and she fed it raw liver. Once she put the bowl down without letting it thaw, assuming the cat would leave it until it did. Kitty did not wait... and then ran round and round the kitchen table, pounding the floor with her little feet!

I like to cook eggs in chili--sort of 'mexi-poaching' them--sometimes over tortillas or tortilla chips.

I sometimes warm the package before feeding the cat. It does seem rather unsavory
in its cold state. Could your little charmer have kittens?

Good afternoon
Our first chill hit today too, and with it, I have a load of clothes in the washer. On days like these, I love a hot bowl of soup and a sandwich. I made chili yesterday, so that may be my choice for lunch. Stay warm and enjoy your day!
