Oh my, yes! And if you have any previous broken bones, they are the worst culprits to act up in the change of seasons!

absolutely I know all about such needs, not just for others but me too.
Stay warm in your chair in your apartment love. You deseerve it BUT move every hour or so. Wriggle around in the chair, swing your arms and legs, sing a song or two shift the position. Just keep the blood flowing.

Re: C_C_T
Laughing here. The only hollering my dad did was, "Quit slamming the door!"
There were seven of us kids and someone was always running in or out.

If I lived next door I would give you a massage. See Taps one can brag from a distance. My Dad used to get something he kept hollering we as kids kept telling him not too as it made us jump.

I have found that cutting out sugar, except what comes in fruit
and juice, helps reduce joint inflammation. Also saves calories.

Good Morning
I just ordered some Biofreeze on Amazon for my knee. It does seem to help at least a little.

Good morning
Massages and pain-relieving creams are the best. John has been eyeing a massage chair that rubs a body from the neck down to the calves. What a daily treat that would be.
