I let writer's block have its day or week...and then marathon!

I wonder if it's a fear of sorts.

I have little time to write even my name these days...

Well I just start a line and struggle along from there. Can't say I feel very romantic these days more like just writing something and getting the hell out of that situation.

Writer's block is a horrible state to be in. I've experienced it, and I have to say it's rather painful.

Re: And you should, Goldiec. You are really good at that particular genre.

Good Morning

Sherri, I love the idea of a sign-in sheet when you enter your writing room.  It makes sense to me because you've committed yourself to write for at least a little while.  I think one of the things that motivate me to write is the fact that I love my characters.  It also helps that they practically write the book for me.  I know them so well.  I know everyone's circumstances are different so I really believe that writers should write about something they love.  There are some that like romance, mystery, and documentaries.  The list goes on and on.  I personally love writing children's books.
