We didn't blame him for getting lost. It was the fact that the restaraunt was late with the order, plus the order was wrong, plus the food was lousy when it had been delicious before, and my sis had waited a year to visit and eat that dinner again. Glad it hasn't happened to you again with their app.

I can't speak for him but I can tell you that the app sometimes sends us in the wrong direction. When it does that, it's the delivery person who takes the hit and could be "fired" because it was late from the app sending in the worng direction. I have had that happen 3 times. So now I go outside the app to use google maps. So far so good.

Well, this sounded like the night from Hell! It was just so over the top awful. The waters alone were a nightmare. So sorry for that happening. We used Doirdash when my sis was here and it was a horrible experience. the food was late from the restaurant, the guy got lost and then it was cold and late, he didn't care much and on and on.

Good morning
Customer service is the worst no matter where you go. The worst part for me would have been that walk up three stories, juggling heavy objects, which is probably why the person who ordered them uses Door Dash, so he doesn't have to deal with it.

Annicita, I have to say going up three flights of stairs with 2 cases of water is not easy. As far as customer service goes I think you are right and it's not what it used to be. I give you credit for surviving the night the best way that you could.
