Your meals always sound delicious to me.Spices and sauces certainly bring up the flavours. I found when i cooked a leg of lamb in the oven for a roast; turn up the oven for 15-20 minutes and then turn it downand put the vegetables around the roat...Australian or English style.

Good afternoon
Your dinner sounds delicious. I use cumin in my Mexican and south western dishes quite a bit. I use celery seeds in my soups, tuna, and potato salad. I also use dill weed in my tuna. My brother-in-law is Fillipino, and he makes some amazing dishes. The Lumpia is my favorite. I bought chicken breast today. I plan to make barbecue chicken later this week. I got the idea from you, so thanks for sharing your recipe creations. Our weather is sitting just about where yours is. We brought in our outdoor plants after spraying them. I plan to snip my remaining herbs, dry them out and then store them away for future use. Enjoy your day!

It's never too early to think about what to cook the rest of the week.

When I worked at Seattle Central college, in the late '90s, many
of our students were from the Phillipines, and other Pacific Rim countries. Many of them were ESL (English as a Second Language) students. It was amazing to meet and learn from them.

Re:
Annicita, they make this dessert that's made with coconut. It is so good but I don't know what it's called. I do want to get the recipe from them but they both work so many hours that I'm not sure when they would have time. They are in the medical field so their hours are all different. Some day I'm going to get the recipe though.
