My vocal range is quite diminished from what it used to be. I cannot sing high or go low. so I'm either monotone or changing between too high or too low. LOL

it is my biggest loss in my aging body for me. I used to sing so much . Amature musicals Church, women's afternoons and chiors. I Croke like an old frog now.But in Church ah I don't care I sing anyway!
