Radio dj can make or break a station. I think you would have rocked as one.

Good afternoon
With your education, quick wit and humorous side, you would have rocked as a radio broadcaster. Here in Pittsburgh, we have a few popular female radio personalities.

Good Afternoon
Pat, I'm so glad you got the position in Seattle. It opened up a brand new world to you after living in the country. I remember I was just a little girl the first time we came to Cleveland from my grandparent's farm. I was amazed by the tall buildings. My mother was a nurse and she worked downtown near the public square. I got to go every Sunday to see the big buildings. I loved it. I can remember how rich I thought the people were that owned the big buildings.

I can imagine how much you loved Seattle at that age. I loved Kansas City after high school when I had money to spend for clothes and shoes and makeup and having fun. I even liked my work. Wearing the new clothes made me feel better about myself.

You were quite ambitious, not the corner shop, or chemist assistant . I would probably have liked to do things differently but leaving school at 14 I had to help my father who had a travelling shop.
